How long will it take for my potions to arrive?
We ship with Canada Post via Xpresspost. Deliveries are usually within 1-2 business days for Ontario and Quebec, 2-3 business days for Manitoba/British Columbia and 3-4 business days for all other provinces.
We are still shipping every business day but please add 1-3 additional business day(s) due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation.

While our products are 100% natural and contain no harmful ingredients, we recommend to consult with your doctor prior consuming Pretty Little Potion products.
Are Pretty Little Potion products vegan, gluten-free, nut free and dairy free?
Our processing facility ensures that all of our products are gluten free, vegan, nut free & dairy free. However, our products are manufactured in a facility that also processes gluten, dairy and tree nuts.
How do I store my potions?
Pretty Little Potion products are made to order. An unopened bag should last for a year from the date of purchase if stored properly. An unprepared and open bag should be tightly sealed and stored in a dry, dark place away from harsh conditions. If your stored powder, or blended product, smells or tastes “off,” the product has likely expired.
What if I wrote the wrong shipping address?
If you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address or need to change your details, you can login into your account if you have created one and edit your information. Otherwise, if you did not create an account with us please contact us as soon as possible via email: email@example.com with your full name, order number and details that you would like to amend. Please note that if your parcel has already been dispatched from our shipping facility the courier service might not be able to change the shipping address, therefore your parcel will be returned back to us. Once we receive your package, we will arrange for it be sent out to you again with an additional shipping fee.
